No. of Positions : 1

1. Conduct induction, process, refresher, and cross-training sessions for recent hires and existing employees.
2. Deliver classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training programs effectively.
3. Train associates on end-to-end Revenue Cycle Management processes, including:
1. Charge Entry
2. Claims Submission
3. Rejection/Denial Management
4. Payment Posting
5. Refund Processing
6. Credit Balance Resolution

- Create, update, and maintain training materials, SOPs, presentations, process documents, and job aids based on process updates and client requirements.
- Assess trainee performance through evaluations, quizzes, certification tests, and practical exercises.
- Monitor trainee progress and provide constructive feedback, coaching,



and mentoring to improve quality and productivity.
- Identify training needs based on quality scores, productivity trends, client feedback, and business requirements.
- Collaborate with Operations, Quality, and Management teams to address knowledge gaps and performance improvement opportunities.
- Track training effectiveness through certification scores, post-training assessments, and operational performance metrics.
- Ensure adherence to organizational policies, client guidelines, compliance standards, and process requirements.
- Support process transitions, knowledge transfer initiatives, and change management activities.
