Role: AI/ML Engineer

Exp range: 8-10 years

Location: Pan India

Job Description:

Must-Have

- Understand business problems and translate them into AI/ML use cases.
- Design and develop machine learning models for classification, regression, clustering, forecasting, anomaly detection, recommendation, and optimization.
- Build end-to-end AI/ML pipelines covering data ingestion, preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, validation, deployment, and monitoring.
- Evaluate multiple algorithms and select the best-performing model based on accuracy, scalability, explainability, and business relevance.

Valuable-to-Have

- Develop deep learning models using frameworks such as TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch.
- Work on NLP, computer vision, time-series forecasting, or generative AI use cases based on project requirements.
- Use transformer-based models and large language models for text classification, summarization, document intelligence, semantic search, chatbot, and knowledge assistant use cases.
