Key Responsibilities

- Handle outbound calls with patients and prospective customers generated through digital and marketing channels.
- Understand patient concerns, requirements and treatment expectations through effective questioning and active listening.
- Educate patients about QI Spines treatment approach, consultation process and available treatment options.
- Schedule and coordinate consultations with the appropriate clinic/doctor.
- Follow up with leads at different stages of the patient journey to improve conversion.
- Counsel patients on the value and benefits of recommended treatment plans.
- Address objections related to treatment, pricing, timelines and other concerns professionally.
- Convert qualified leads into consultations and treatment enrolments while maintaining a patient-first approach.




- Maintain accurate lead, follow-up and conversion records in CRM/software.
- Coordinate with clinic, clinical and operations teams to ensure a smooth patient journey.
- Track individual performance against daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Prepare and maintain daily sales and conversion reports.
- Build long-term relationships with patients and ensure a positive experience throughout their journey.

Qualifications & Skills

- HSC / Graduate in any discipline.
- 0–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Telesales.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing, negotiation and objection-handling abilities.
