We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Export Logistics Executive to manage end-to-end export logistics operations. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating international shipments, preparing export documentation, ensuring customs compliance, and collaborating with freight forwarders, CHA, shipping lines, and internal teams to ensure timely and effective delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end export shipments through sea and air.
- Prepare and verify export documents, including Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, and Shipping Bill.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHA, transporters, shipping lines, and overseas agents.
- Ensure compliance with export regulations, customs requirements, and Incoterms.




- Track shipments, resolve logistics issues, and provide timely shipment updates.
- Maintain accurate logistics records and coordinate with internal departments for smooth execution.

Required Skills:

- 1-6 years of experience in Export Logistics or International Logistics.
- Strong knowledge of export documentation, customs clearance, freight forwarding, and international shipping.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel) and ERP systems is preferred.
