Key Responsibilities

* Handle end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding

* Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels

* Manage IT & Non-IT recruitment requirements

* Screen and shortlist candidates as per job requirements

* Coordinate interviews and candidate follow-ups

* Manage multiple vacancies and ensure timely closures

* Coordinate with hiring managers and internal teams

* Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases

Requirements

* 1+ year of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment

* Solid sourcing and candidate-screening skills

* Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn & job portals

* Excellent communication and negotiation skills

* Ability to manage multiple requirements and meet hiring targets

* Recruitment/staffing experience will be an added advantage
