What would you do The Learning Admin Lead is responsible for overseeing and leading day to day learning administration operations. This role ensures productive delivery of learning services adherence to SLAs quality assurance and effective people coordination. The role acts as a key point of contact between learners stakeholders vendors and the learning delivery team while driving operational excellence and continuous improvement in learning processes.Stakeholder communication and issue resolution capabilityKnowledge of APAC compliance workplace learning standards and data privacy normsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment

Roles and Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of Learning Admin Associates and AnalystsOversee end to end learning administration activities including scheduling enrollment tracking and reportingEnsure SLA quality and compliance adherence across learning operationsAct as escalation point for learner and stakeholder issuesCoordinate with Learning Partners HR vendors and facilitators for seamless learning deliveryReview and validate learning data dashboards and operational reportsDrive process standardization documentation and continuous improvement initiativesSupport audits compliance checks and data privacy requirements relevant to APACLead client and stakeholder interactionsStrong understanding of Learning and Development operations and shared services deliveryHands on experience with Learning Management Systems LMS and learning toolsAdvanced proficiency in MS Excel reports trackers dashboardsPeople management and task allocation skills
