Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and mentor a team of frontend engineers (React / Next.js) through the design, development, testing, and deployment of web applications.
- Define, implement, and uphold best practices in code quality, performance optimization, and accessibility.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to translate product requirements into intuitive and responsive UIs.
- Maintain and evolve frontend architecture with a focus on scalability, security, performance, and inclusivity.
- Drive sprint planning, estimation, and agile development cadence to meet deadlines.
- Mentor engineers and promote a culture of ownership, learning, and collaboration.
- Stay current with emerging frontend technologies and tools, adopting innovations where they add value.

Skills & Qualification:

- Bachelors or Masters in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 8 - 11 years of frontend development experience,



including at least a year in a technical leadership or engineering management role.
- Proficient in React.js, Next.js, TypeScript and related technologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- A sharp eye for problem-solving and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills, you can explain technical ideas clearly and listen actively.
- A collaborative mindset where you value feedback, respect diverse viewpoints, and enjoy being part of a team.
