Qualification:
- Bachelor of Engineering (Civil)
- Minimum 10 years' experience in Road, Bridge and Urban Road Projects.
- Experience in Government/ULB/Municipal infrastructure projects preferred.
- Knowledge of MoRTH, IRC, BIS, Maharashtra PWD Specifications and Contract Management.
- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, MSP/Primavera and digital reporting systems (SCADA/MIS/GIS preferred).
Roles & Responsibilities
- Project Supervision
- Lead day-to-day site supervision.
- Ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications and contract.
- Verify workmanship and construction methodology.
- Monitor contractor's manpower, machinery and resources.
- Quality Assurance & Quality Control
- Ensure compliance with MoRTH, IRC, BIS and PWD specifications.
- Witness material testing and field tests.
- Verify mix designs, trial stretches and calibration records.
- Review laboratory reports and approve corrective actions.
