- Manage day-to-day operations of the center, ensuring smooth functioning and effective use of resources.
- Develop and implement strategies for skill development programs, training initiatives, and staff capacity building.
- Oversee budgeting processes to ensure effective allocation of funds and resources.
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including government agencies, industry partners, and community groups.
Job Requirements :
- 2-10 years' experience in center management or cluster management in an NGO or social services setting.
- Strong skills in budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation.
- Proven track record in developing successful skill development programs and training initiatives.
