- Plan, manage, and supervise plotting and land development projects from execution to completion.
- Monitor road development, drainage, leveling, excavation, earthwork, infrastructure, and other site development activities.
- Ensure all work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, architects, consultants, surveyors, and site teams.
- Check BOQs, quantities, measurements, material requirements, and contractor bills.
- Monitor project costs, budgets, resources, manpower, and material utilization.
- Prepare and review daily/weekly progress reports and update management on project status.




- Identify site issues and ensure timely resolution of technical and execution-related problems.
- Conduct regular site inspections and maintain proper quality and safety standards.
- Plan manpower, machinery, materials, and other resources required for project execution.
- Monitor contractor performance and ensure work is completed within agreed cost and schedule.
- Coordinate with management for project approvals, requirements, and execution decisions.
- Maintain proper site records, measurements, drawings, reports, and project documentation.
- Ensure timely completion and handover of project development works.
