Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Senior Executive – IT with 4–7 years of experience in hospital IT operations. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience in LIS (Laboratory Information System) integration, HIS (Hospital Information System), Radiology Information Systems (RIS/PACS), hardware troubleshooting, and healthcare application support. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless IT operations, system integrations, and end-user support across clinical and non-clinical departments.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and support Hospital Information System (HIS) modules and related applications.
- Handle LIS integration with laboratory equipment and ensure smooth data flow between systems.
- Provide support for Radiology systems, including RIS/PACS integration and troubleshooting.
- Coordinate with vendors for implementation, upgrades, maintenance, and issue resolution.
- Monitor interfaces between HIS, LIS, RIS, PACS, and other healthcare applications.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT hardware.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and application-related issues.




- Ensure timely resolution of user complaints and provide technical support to hospital staff.
- Maintain IT asset inventory, system documentation, and user access records.
- Support data backup, system security, antivirus management, and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with clinical departments to understand operational requirements and optimize system usage.
- Assist in IT projects, software upgrades, and implementation of new technologies.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of HIS, LIS, RIS, and PACS systems.
- Experience in LIS and radiology equipment integration.
- Good understanding of hospital workflows and healthcare applications.
- Hands-on experience in computer hardware, printers, scanners, networking, and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of databases, interface management, and healthcare standards will be preferred.
- Ability to coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
- Valuable communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or related field.
- Relevant certifications in Healthcare IT, Networking, or System Administration will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 4–7 years of relevant experience in the hospital/healthcare industry only.
- Experience working with HIS, LIS, RIS/PACS integration projects.
- Strong technical expertise with a customer-centric approach.
