- 5+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM implementation and support.
- Robust hands-on experience in Core HR, Absence, Payroll, or Talent modules.
- Good knowledge of HCM configuration, business processes, and workflows.
- Experience with HCM Extracts, HDL, Fast Formula, and reporting.
- Should have exposure to integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Good understanding of Oracle Cloud HCM architecture and security.
- Strong communication and client-handling skills.
- Immediate joiners / short notice candidates preferred.
