Job Summary

AR Follow-Up Account Resolution. Perform outbound calls to insurance payers to follow up on outstanding claims. Work assigned AR inventory and prioritize accounts based on aging and client guidelines. Analyze claim status and resolve routine denials, underpayments, and rejections. Initiate claim corrections, re-submissions, reconsiderations, or appeals as required. Ensure timely resolution to prevent timely filing issues and revenue loss.

Responsibilities

- Analyze claim status and resolve routine denials, underpayments, and rejections.

Documentation & Compliance

- Accurately document all call outcomes, claim actions, and next steps in the billing system.
- Maintain detailed and compliant notes as per client and payer requirements.




- Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of patient information.
- Follow client-specific SOPs and process updates.

Productivity & Quality Standards

- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly productivity targets.
- Maintain quality benchmarks and minimize documentation or processing errors.
- Participate in internal quality audits and implement feedback for improvement.
- Ensure accuracy before claim submission or escalation.

Team Collaboration & Escalation

- Escalate complex, high-value, or unresolved accounts to the Senior AR Caller or Team Lead.
- Participate in team meetings, huddles, and training sessions.
- Stay updated with payer changes, process updates, and client communications.
