Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Supervisor to join our agile team. As a Graphic designer, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and lifecycle of our products from conception to launch. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to ensure successful product delivery.

Qualifications

Education: Degree/Diploma in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or Apparel Design from a reputed institute.

Responsibilities

- Trend Market Research - Research global fashion trends, color palettes, silhouettes, fabrics, and trims relevant to buyer requirements.
- Trend Market Research - Analyze retail markets and competitor collections to create inspiring mood boards.
- Trend Market Research - Identify upcoming trends suitable for target markets and buyer profiles.
- Product Conceptualization Development - Create design concepts based on buyer briefs, seasonal trends, and market positioning.
- Product Conceptualization Development - Develop sketches, CADs, and detailed tech packs for sampling and approvals.
- Product Conceptualization Development - Select and source appropriate fabrics, washes, prints, trims, and embellishments for collections.
- Product Conceptualization Development - Innovate with new techniques and sustainable materials while maintaining production feasibility.
- Sampling Prototyping - Coordinate with the sampling team to develop fit samples, proto samples, and pre-production samples.
- Sampling Prototyping - Evaluate fit, construction, trims, and finishing to ensure compliance with buyer specifications.
