Position: Warehouse Officer

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day warehouse operations, including material receipt, storage, and dispatch.
- Prepare and make GRN (Goods Receipt Note) entries in Tally Prime.
- Maintain and regularly update Material Inward & Outward Registers.
- Maintain accurate inventory and stock records.
- Update and maintain Google Sheets for warehouse-related data and records.
- Perform routine documentation and data-entry activities using MS Office.
- Coordinate with relevant departments for material movement and inventory requirements.
- Ensure proper documentation and systematic storage of materials.




- Support stock verification and reconciliation activities.
- Follow company procedures and maintain proper records related to warehouse operations.

- Tally Prime: Required
- MS Office: Required
- Google Sheets: Required
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and warehouse operations
- Good documentation and record-keeping skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Positive communication and coordination skills

Qualification

Graduate in any discipline with relevant knowledge/experience in warehouse operations preferred.

Freshers with good knowledge of Tally Prime, MS Office, and Google Sheets can also apply.
