Client is executing an enterprise-wide digital transformation program spanning airport operations, passenger experience, non-aero businesses, cargo, ground handling, airport city initiatives, expansion projects, fuel farm operations, general aviation and enterprise functions. A strategic transformation initiative designed to accelerate digital transformation across airport businesses and enterprise functions. The client envisions to achieve that via a POD structure Business POD, Engineering POD and Business & Engineering (Governance) POD within these we aim to pitch for Business and Governance POD

Business Pod Responsibilities

• Requirement gathering and process redesign

• Product ownership and backlog management

• Business case development and solution evaluation

• UAT coordination and rollout support

• Adoption, change management and perks realization tracking





• Vendor and stakeholder coordination

Governance Pod purpose & role

• Integrate digital leadership, product owners, partner pod leads and functional stakeholders into a common governance rhythm.

• Track delivery performance, priorities, quality, capacity utilization, spend and cross-pod dependencies.

• Ensure clear escalation paths from pod level to program level and then to the Steering Committee.

• Embed release gates, infosec, safety and audit requirements into the delivery cadence instead of leaving them as late-stage checks.

• Support capacity-based contracting through KPI-based performance management, preset rates, quarterly / annual SOWs or blanket POs, and transparent reporting
