Position Purpose

To lead the complete Project Execution function by ensuring timely delivery, profitability, quality, safety, customer satisfaction, resource optimization and operational excellence across all Greenleaf projects while supporting the organizations Vision 2032 growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Leadership

- Lead end-to-end execution of multiple EPC projects.
- Ensure projects are completed within scope, time, quality and budget.
- Develop execution strategies for complex projects.
- Drive project profitability and customer satisfaction.

2. Project Planning & Execution

- Review project schedules and execution plans.
- Monitor milestone achievement.
- Ensure timely mobilization of manpower, materials and equipment.
- Review project recovery plans wherever delays occur.

3. Multi-Site Project Management

- Manage multiple projects across India.
- Conduct periodic site visits.
- Review project health and execution status.
- Resolve critical project bottlenecks.

4. Client Relationship Management

- Act as the primary escalation point for key clients.
- Attend review meetings with customers.




- Resolve contractual and execution issues.
- Build long-term client relationships.

5. Commercial & Financial Management

- Monitor project budgets and cash flow.
- Review project profitability.
- Control project costs.
- Approve project expenditure within authority limits.
- Monitor billing and payment collections with commercial teams.

6. Procurement & Vendor Coordination

- Coordinate with Procurement for critical materials.
- Review procurement plans.
- Support strategic vendor development.
- Resolve procurement-related project issues.

7. Design & Engineering Coordination

- Coordinate with Design and Proposal teams.
- Review engineering deliverables.
- Ensure design supports execution timelines.
- Resolve engineering-related execution challenges.

8. Resource Planning

- Plan manpower deployment.
- Optimize utilization of engineers and site teams.
- Review contractor performance.
- Build future project leadership pipeline.

9. Quality & Safety

- Ensure adherence to Greenleaf Quality Standards.
- Monitor HSE compliance.
- Drive Zero Accident culture.
- Conduct project quality reviews.

10. Risk Management

- Identify execution risks & Develop mitigation plans.
- Review contractual risks.
- Resolve critical project escalations.

11. Project Reviews & Reporting

Lead:

- Weekly Project Review Meetings
- Monthly Project Review Meetings
- CMD Review Meetings

12. Team Leadership

- Lead Project Managers.
- Mentor Site Engineers.
- Conduct monthly performance reviews.
- Build a high-performance execution culture.
