We are looking for Industrial Deployment Engineers MES & IT/OT Integration who are interested in building a career in smart manufacturing, MES, Industry 4.0 and industrial digitalization.

You will work with manufacturing customers to understand their shop-floor processes and configure, integrate, test and deploy iTraceX for real-world manufacturing use cases.

This is a hands-on engineering and customer-site role, not a conventional software desk job.

You will work across the complete industrial technology flow: Manufacturing Process Machine PLC/HMI Industrial Connectivity iTraceX/MES ERP & Enterprise Systems

Freshers are welcome. Selected candidates will receive training and project exposure across MES, manufacturing processes, industrial automation and IT/OT integration.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Understand customer manufacturing processes, production flow, stations and operational requirements.
- Understand production orders, routing, BOM/materials, WIP, quality, rework, rejection and traceability requirements.
- Translate manufacturing use cases into iTraceX/MES configurations and workflows.
- Configure and deploy iTraceX for customer-specific manufacturing requirements.
- Participate in onsite installation, integration, testing, commissioning and production go-live.
- Understand PLC/HMI signals, tags/registers, machine states, events and equipment handshakes required for MES integration.
- Work with customer automation teams, PLC programmers and machine/equipment suppliers.
- Work with industrial communication technologies such as OPC UA, Modbus TCP/IP and related interfaces.
- Understand and troubleshoot IT/OT connectivity across machines, PLC/HMI, gateways, networks, servers and applications.
- Work with SQL/databases, REST APIs, JSON and system interfaces.
- Support integration with ERP, PLC/HMI, barcode scanners, industrial printers, RFID, vision systems and other shop-floor equipment.
- Perform functional, integration, negative, boundary, recovery and exception testing.
- Participate in FAT, SAT, UAT, commissioning, go-live and stabilization.
- Troubleshoot issues systematically across machine, PLC/HMI, connectivity, middleware, MES and enterprise systems.




- Perform root-cause analysis and coordinate issue resolution with customers, internal teams and external vendors.
- Work closely with Production, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, IT and Automation teams.
- Prepare configuration documents, interface details, test cases, deployment records and RCA reports.
- Train customer operators, engineers and system users.
- Provide onsite and remote support during implementation and post-go-live stabilization.
- Follow configuration management, change management, version control and deployment practices.
- Take ownership of assigned activities through successful completion.

Candidate Profile

- Can communicate clearly with customers and technical teams.
- Are comfortable working in manufacturing/shop-floor environments.
- Are willing to travel extensively to customer locations.
- Are willing to support commissioning and go-live based on customer production schedules.
- Can work effectively with operators, engineers, IT teams, automation teams and equipment suppliers.
- Demonstrate ownership, discipline and professional behaviour at customer sites.

Experience 0–3 Years

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Candidates with 1–3 years of experience in MES, PLC/HMI, SCADA, industrial automation, manufacturing IT, IIoT, system integration, industrial networking or application deployment will have an advantage.

Prior MES experience is not mandatory.

Travel Requirement: Candidates must be willing to travel and work at customer manufacturing facilities across India.

Depending on business and project requirements, selected employees may also get opportunities for international customer deployments. Customer-site assignments may require staying at project locations for multiple days or weeks or months during implementation, commissioning go-live & hypercare.
