We are looking for a Director Mobile Engineering to lead the strategy, architecture, and delivery of high-performance, scalable customer-facing mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and mentor a high-performing team of mobile engineers.
- Drive mobile engineering strategy, architecture, scalability, performance, and reliability.
- Build and deliver customer-centric mobile products across iOS/Android platforms.
- Partner with Product, Design, and Engineering leadership to drive product innovation.
- Establish engineering best practices around quality, automation, security, and CI/CD.

What We’re Looking For:

- 15+ years of experience in software engineering, building large-scale customer-facing products.
- Strong experience in high-performance, highly available, and scalable systems.
- Experience in mobile application development and/or leading mobile engineering teams is highly preferred.
- Solid technical leadership, people management, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to drive engineering transformation and deliver complex products at scale.
