Key Responsibilities
- Inspect incoming raw materials, including pig iron, sand and alloys, as per specifications.
- Verify chemical composition using a spectrometer.
- Conduct green sand testing as per requirements.
- Perform metallurgical testing of castings, including hardness, tensile and microstructure tests.
- Review daily reports and communicate non-conformities.
Required Skills
- Should have knowledge of metallurgical lab and sand testing lab activities.
- Knowledge of IATF / ISO 9001 is preferred.
- Should possess positive communication and analytical skills.
