Key Responsibilities
- Monitor process control during shifts and take corrective action wherever required.
- Conduct daily process audits as per the audit plan and carry out product audits.
- Perform daily rejection analysis, prepare action plans and monitor their implementation.
- Conduct process-related training.
- Identify process deviations and ensure their effective closure.
Required Skills
- Should have knowledge of foundry processes, defect analysis and corrective action.
- Knowledge of process and product audits, quality tools, FMEA and IATF / ISO 9001 is required.
- Should demonstrate communication skills, punctuality, hard work, sincerity and teamwork.
