1. Manufacturing Operations

- Lead manufacturing operations to achieve production, quality, cost, delivery, and safety objectives.
- Ensure daily production targets are achieved through effective planning, resource allocation, and execution.
- Monitor manufacturing performance and take proactive actions to address operational bottlenecks.

2. Production Planning & Execution

- Drive adherence to the production plan while optimizing manpower, machines, and materials.
- Ensure optimum capacity utilization and effective workflow across all manufacturing processes.
- Coordinate with Planning, Supply Chain, and Warehouse teams to ensure uninterrupted production.

3. Quality Excellence

- Establish a culture of "Right First Time" and drive continuous improvement in product quality.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, SOPs, and customer specifications.
- Analyze quality issues,



implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and reduce defects, scrap, and rework.

4. Operational Excellence

- Lead Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S, and waste elimination initiatives.
- Drive process optimization to improve productivity, reduce cycle time, and increase Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
- Champion digitalization and automation initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency.

5. Team Leadership & Capability Building

- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing manufacturing team.
- Develop team capabilities through structured training, coaching, and succession planning.
- Drive employee engagement, accountability, and a culture of ownership and continuous learning.
