Roles and Responsibilities :

Providing leadership level skilled expertise to manage the business finance and oversee accounts of the subsidiary as a legal entity.

The role will be responsible for all financial and fiscal management aspects of the company's finance operations and provide coordination in the business planning, cost initiatives, treasury accounting and budgeting efforts of the company.

Ensuring entity financials for the compliances of accounting standards, implementation of comprehensive set of controls and budgets, fund management, corporate governance.

Ensuring compliance with local, state, and central government reporting requirements and tax filings. Represent finance function in the Board meetings of the company.

Ensuring accurate revenue accruals, provision of expenses, quarter and year-end accounting adjustments through shared AR ≷ teams

Overseeing vendor pay-outs by Shared AP function are smooth & work extensively on Business MIS





Monitoring notices of Income Tax/ GST for replies and resolution

Preparation and maintenance of MIS report as per organizational requirement

Basic knowledge of GST assessments and overseeing of monthly/annual returns.

Monitoring capitalization and maintenance of fixed asset register as per Law

Cross Functional knowledge of various aspects of accounting and finance like Direct/Indirect Taxation

Should have experience of dealing with statutory/internal/ICOFR/CAG/RBI auditors.

Recommend and maintain a system of policies and procedures that impose an adequate level of control over Finance department activities

Knowledge of Project Financing & Other relevant financial management practices

Plan, develop, implement, support and maintain financial/accounting systems applications

Proficient skills in latest MS D365 ERP financials will be added advantage
