About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Hub Manager EV Operations to manage the day-to-day operations of our EV fleet hub. The ideal candidate should be comfortable managing people, vehicles, and operational targets in a fast-paced EV mobility environment.
Role & responsibilities
- Driver hiring, onboarding and daily management
- Manage a team of 5 hub/operations staff
- Monitor vehicle availability, utilization and readiness
- Coordinate vehicle service, maintenance and breakdowns
- Plan and manage daily EV charging schedules
- Monitor driver and vehicle performance
- Maintain daily operational MIS and reports
- Ensure adherence to operational SOPs and safety standards
Requirements:
- 37 years of experience in fleet, logistics, transportation or EV operations
- Experience managing drivers and field teams
- Valuable communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets and operational reports
- EV fleet experience will be an advantage
