Role

We are looking for energetic and confident Business Development / Marketing Executives who can visit hospitals, clinics and schools regularly and create awareness about Medico Hub's healthcare recruitment services.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit 3-4 hospitals and schools every day as part of field marketing
- Meet HR, Hospital Administration, Management and concerned decision-makers
- Introduce and explain Medico Hub's healthcare recruitment services
- Generate awareness about our recruitment solutions for doctors, nurses, paramedical and healthcare staff
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with hospitals and institutions
- Identify new recruitment requirements and business opportunities
- Collect genuine requirements and coordinate with the recruitment team
- Follow up with hospitals and organizations for future manpower requirements
- Maintain daily visit reports and client interaction records
- Represent Medico Hub professionally in the Hyderabad market





Significant

- No Daily Sales Targets
- No aggressive sales targets
- No unnecessary pressure for fixed business conversion

The primary focus will be on daily field visits, networking, relationship building and creating awareness about Medico Hub.

Candidate Profile

- Graduate preferred
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident and comfortable with field visits
- Presentable and professional personality
- Ability to communicate with HR, hospital management and senior decision-makers
- Candidates with experience in healthcare recruitment, hospital marketing, pharma, insurance, education or B2B sales will be preferred
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred
