What you'll do

- Own placements for the campus from start to finish, with transparent targets on placement %, average CTC and top offers
- Build and grow a network of recruiters: product companies, startups, IT services, GCCs and core companies
- Bring in internships, live projects and PPOs for students from second year onwards
- Plan and run placement drives, campus hiring days, company talks and pool drives
- Work with faculty to run a structured training plan covering aptitude, DSA, coding tests, communication, resume building and mock interviews
- Use our AI platform for mock interviews, assessments and tracking how ready each student is
- Maintain the placement database and MIS, and share weekly reports with university leadership and the Coding Pro team
- Handle placement documentation for NAAC, NIRF and NBA
- Build alumni and industry connections for guest lectures, mentorship and referrals




- Represent the university at HR conclaves, industry events and on LinkedIn

Who we're looking for

- Graduate or postgraduate in any field (MBA in HR or Marketing, or B.Tech, preferred)
- 5 to 10 years in campus placements, corporate relations or tech hiring, ideally at a reputed university or engineering college
- A strong personal network of HR and TA leaders in tech companies, with proven offers and a track record you can show
- Good understanding of what tech recruiters look for today (DSA, AI/ML skills, projects, internships)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a target driven mindset
- Comfortable travelling for corporate meetings and events
