About the Role

Decorpot is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Sales Manager to support the sales team and contribute to business growth. The ideal candidate will have 57 years of sales experience, including experience in team handling or a supervisory role, along with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.

The role requires strong leadership, customer relationship management, team management, and the ability to drive business performance in a target-oriented setting.

Key Responsibilities

* Support the Sales Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

* Lead, manage, mentor, and motivate a team of Sales Executives to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

* Drive customer acquisition and ensure consistent achievement of sales targets.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across nearby regions.

* Monitor team and individual sales performance and prepare regular reports.

* Identify new business opportunities and support market expansion initiatives.





* Coordinate with Marketing and other internal teams to achieve business objectives.

* Analyze market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.

* Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

* Provide regular guidance and support to the sales team to improve productivity and conversion rates.

Required Qualifications & Skills

* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

* 5–7 years of overall sales experience**, preferably with team-handling experience.

* Proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets.

* Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

* Good presentation and stakeholder management abilities.

* Strong customer relationship management skills.

* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
