Role & responsibilities
Telecaller / Sales Executive ROBOCRAFT
Main Responsibility
The Telecaller / Sales Executive will be responsible for calling new leads, understanding customer requirements, generating quotations, following up, and converting enquiries into sales for ROBOCRAFT’s e-Mobility products.
Key Responsibilities
1. Current Lead Calling
- Call all new enquiries received through WhatsApp, website, phone, social media and other sources.
- Contact new leads promptly and professionally.
- Understand the customer's requirement, quantity, location and application.
2. Product Sales
- Promote and sell:
- Lithium-ion EV battery packs
- Custom battery solutions
- EV components and spare parts
- Electric scooters
- Explain product specific
