Job Title: Site Inspector

Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Site Inspector. The successful candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in the Execution department and will be responsible for ensuring that construction projects are executed according to plans, specifications, and industry standards. The Site Inspector will play a crucial role in maintaining quality control and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Conduct regular inspections of construction sites to ensure adherence to plans, specifications, and industry standards.

- Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices.

- Identify and report any potential issues or deviations from plans to the project manager.

- Review project documentation, including drawings, contracts, and permits, to ensure accuracy and completeness.

- Collaborate with project managers and contractors to address any concerns or issues that may arise during construction.

- Prepare detailed reports documenting site inspections, including findings, recommendations, and corrective actions.





- Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures to ensure project success.

- Conduct final inspections upon project completion to ensure compliance with all requirements.

- Stay up to date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to construction inspections.

Qualifications:

- 1 to 3 years of experience in the Execution department, preferably in the construction industry.

- Robust knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques.

- Familiarity with relevant safety regulations and industry standards.

- Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify potential issues or deviations.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Proficient in using construction management software and tools.

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in construction inspection is a plus.
