Location : Kolkata

Eligibility : UG/Graduate - All Can Apply

Shift : Rotational Shift

Salary - 16,000 CTC - 24,000 CTC [Based on Experience] + Quarterly Bonus

Requirements:

- Positive Communication Skills [ English Fluency ]
- Customer handling Skills
- Comfortable Working in rotational Shift
- Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply

Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries and complaints.
- Provide accurate product/service information.
- Resolve customer issues quickly.
- Maintain good customer relationships.
- Respond to calls, emails, and chats.




- Record customer interactions and feedback.
- Follow up on customer concerns.
