Roles and Responsibilities :
- Prepare regulatory reports for US GAAP and IFRS compliance, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and information necessary for report preparation.
- Review and analyze financial statements, identifying areas of improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Develop solid relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication of reporting results.
Job Requirements :
- 3-5 years of experience in Regulatory Reporting or a related field (US GAAP & IFRS).
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS accounting standards.
- Proficiency in preparing complex financial reports using various software tools (e.g., Excel).
- Experience working in an investment banking/venture capital/private equity firm.
