Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:Translate business needs into Technology enabled solutionsResponsible for planning delivery, assess risks, gather requirements, design, development & delivery of Oracle PCM/PCMCS solutionsProvide functional knowledge and technical expertise in Allocation Rules,



Cost Pools and Profitability ModelingWill be expected to play a pivotal role in all activities ranging from requirement gathering till project closureWill be responsible for the complete solution design using Oracle PCM/PCMCSLead a team and Mentor / supervise junior team members during the project tenureWork independently on project delivery and manage stakeholders (both internal and external)Valuable understanding of Allocation rules, and Profitability & Cost Management processesDesired Skills/Must have skillsCandidate should possess5+ Years of Consulting experience with an Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) background.Worked on at least 2 PCM/PCMCS ImplementationsGood understanding of Allocation Rules, Drivers, Cost Pools, Traceability and Reporting in PCMCSExperience in building Allocation Models and Multi-dimensional Profitability AnalysisGood communication skills with respect to understanding their requirements and explaining our point of view with cohesiveness, clarity, and confidenceProficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
