Senior Bookkeeper – QuickBooks OnlineWe are looking for an experienced Senior Bookkeeper with strong hands-on experience in QuickBooks Online (QBO) and bookkeeping.Key Requirement:Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online is mandatoryPrevious professional bookkeeping experience is mandatoryCandidates without practical QBO experience will not be considered.Key Responsibilities:Maintain day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting recordsManage accounts payable and accounts receivableBank and credit card reconciliationsPrepare and post journal entriesMaintain accurate general ledger recordsAssist with month-end closingPrepare financial reports and account schedulesReview transactions and resolve discrepanciesMaintain accurate and up-to-date books in QuickBooks OnlinePerform other accounting and bookkeeping duties as requiredRequired Skills & Experience:Solid hands-on experience with QuickBooks OnlineProfessional bookkeeping/accounting experienceStrong understanding of accounting principlesExperience with bank reconciliations, AP, AR and general ledgerGood knowledge of Microsoft ExcelStrong attention to detail and accuracyGood written and verbal communication skillsPreferred:Experience working with international clients/companiesExperience in transportation/logistics or similar industriesExperience with payroll, GST/HST or other tax-related bookkeeping tasksHow to Apply:Please apply with your updated resume and send it to [email protected]
