Role & responsibilities
- Perform installation, maintenance, and servicing of medical equipment. Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers.
- Identify and generate current sales opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet service and sales targets. Ensure timely reporting and documentation of service activities.
