Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Tele caller to manage customer calls, generate leads, follow up with prospective customers, and support sales activities. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build solid customer relationships

Role & Responsibilities

- Contact prospective clients through calls and other communication channels to generate qualified leads.
- Conduct timely follow-ups with leads and schedule appointments with potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Achieve assigned calling, lead-generation, and appointment-setting targets.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads,



follow-ups, and client interactions.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly activity reports to track performance and lead progress.
- Understand client requirements and communicate relevant information about the companys products/services.

- Excellent communication & convincing skills
- Confident and professional personality
- Strong follow-up & customer-handling skills
- Basic MS Excel / Google Sheets knowledge
- Positive, self-motivated & target-oriented
- English, Hindi & Marathi knowledge is a plus
