Roles and Responsibilities :
- Source top talent for IT positions through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events.
- Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify qualified candidates.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide them with a shortlist of suitable candidates.
- Ensure timely communication with both clients (hiring managers) and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Job Requirements :
- 2-4 years of experience in technical recruitment or IT staffing.
- Strong understanding of the latest trends in IT industry technologies and tools.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build solid relationships with clients and candidates alike.
