Experience: 4+ years in NBFC (2–3 years in Governance, Compliance & Audit)

Qualification: Graduate / Master's in Finance, Corporate Governance, or related field

Key Responsibilities:

Execute branch governance and compliance frameworks

Support branch reviews, risk assessments, and audit readiness

Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and internal processes

Coordinate with stakeholders to strengthen controls and close audit observations

Maintain governance documentation and reporting
