Collect and verify loan documents.
Follow up with clients for pending documents.
Explain loan rates and charges.
Update client details and status in CRM.
Calculate income and check document completeness.
Coordinate internal teams for loan processing.

Required Candidate profile

Good English communication & CRM handling.
Strong client handling and follow-up skills.
Basic loan processing knowledge or Banking / NBFC operations.
Comfortable with 5:00 AM shift at Kandivali West.
