Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with customers and internal teams for smooth work.

- Track pending cases and ensure timely completion.
- Support customers with bookings and documentation.
- Handle customer feedback and complaints.
Key Skills
- Gujarati language proficiency is preferred.
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM, MS Office, and Excel.
- Good coordination and follow-up skills.
- Real Estate or Customer support experience is preferred.
