US IT Recruiter

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and experienced US IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team in Noida. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in US staffing/recruitment and be comfortable working in the US night shift.

Key Responsibilities

- Source, screen, and recruit qualified IT professionals for US-based clients.
- Work on various job portals, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms to identify candidates.
- Review resumes and assess candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial screening calls and coordinate interviews.
- Maintain and update candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Coordinate with Account Managers and hiring teams to understand client requirements.
- Negotiate salaries/rates and assist throughout the recruitment process.




- Follow up with candidates and clients to ensure smooth closure of positions.
- Meet daily/weekly recruitment targets and deliver candidates within required timelines.

Requirements

- 1–4 years of experience in US IT Recruitment/US Staffing.
- Good understanding of US IT recruitment processes and hiring practices.
- Experience with job portals such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.
- Strong sourcing, screening, and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of IT technologies and job roles.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Willingness to work in the 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM shift.
- Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period will be preferred.
