Roles and Responsibilities :
- Source top talent through various channels such as job portals, social media, and skilled networks to fill open positions.
- Manage the recruitment process from initial screening to onboarding new hires, ensuring timely communication with candidates throughout.
- Coordinate conference management activities including scheduling interviews, arranging travel arrangements, and preparing interview materials.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies to meet those needs.
Job Requirements :
- 2-5 years of experience in human resource recruiting or a related field.
- Proficiency in using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) for managing candidate pipelines.
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn Recruiter platform for sourcing passive candidates.
