- Shift Time- IST 6pm to 3am

JD:

Responsibilities

- Daily administration and issue resolution on the ServiceNow Platform. [GB1]
- Update standard operating procedure relating to administration best practices of ServiceNow
- Manage user accounts, roles, groups, user criteria, audiences and permissions and ensure appropriate access control mechanisms are in place.
- Monitor and troubleshoot processes and flows running in ServiceNow
- Publish content and perform taxonomy maintenance in ServiceNow Employee Center
- Review system security and health scans implement changes sto improve security and performance.
- Create and maintain comprehensive system documentation.
- Troubleshooting issues, diagnosing problems, and provide solutions for optimal platform performance.




- Staying up to date on the latest ServiceNow features and functionalities.

Qualifications

- At least 2 years of experience working on the ServiceNow platform
- Experience with ITSM, Employee Center & HRSD.
- Possesses a robust understanding of the ServiceNow platform, its core functionality, and best practices for maintaining the platform.
- Experienced updating content for the Employee Service Delivery portal, such as banners, widgets, and topic pages.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
