Job Title: Collection Team Leader (BPO)

Location: Noida

Experience:

- Minimum 1 year of on-paper experience as a Team Leader in Collections (Mandatory)

- Overall 3+ years of experience in BPO Collections

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team of Collection Executives to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.

- Monitor team performance, productivity, attendance, and adherence.

- Conduct team huddles, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.

- Handle customer escalations and support the team in resolving complex cases.

- Analyze MIS reports and identify performance improvement opportunities.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and collection guidelines.

- Coordinate with QA, Training, and Operations to improve team performance.

- Drive team engagement while managing attrition and shrinkage.





Required Skills:

- Solid leadership and people management skills.

- Good knowledge of collection processes and recovery strategies.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and MIS reporting.

- Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Eligibility:

- Graduate in any discipline.

- Looking for 1 year of experience on paper as a TL.

- Immediate joiners preferred.

- Excellent communication skills are mandatory.

- Not preferring any relocation candidates.
