Roles and Responsibilities :

- Source and attract top talent for FMCG, Pharmaceutical, Banking & Financial Services, Medical Devices & Equipment, and Consulting roles through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.
- Conduct initial screenings of resumes and cover letters to identify potential candidates who meet the requirements of the role.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and preferences to ensure effective candidate selection.
- Manage multiple open positions simultaneously while maintaining accurate records of applicant tracking systems (ATS) data.

Job Requirements :

- 2-6 years of experience in non-IT recruitment or staffing industry.
- Solid understanding of BFSI recruitment processes including banking recruitment and consultancy services.
- Experience in sourcing candidates from diverse industries like FMCG, Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices & Equipment is essential.
