Good understanding of RCC, masonry, plaster, flooring, finishing and general construction activities
Experience in BBS, measurements and billing
Valuable working knowledge of MS Excel is compulsory
Should be comfortable working independently
Someone who has grown through actual site execution and understands how work is practically carried out on the ground.
Candidates with experience only in highly structured large-company environments, with limited independent site handling, may not be suitable for this role.
