Role & responsibilities
- Handling the group insurance policy, processing employee claims and coordination with insurance broker
- Handle employee confirmation and performance improvement process
- Process full and final settlements of employee s per defined policy post clearance from all departments
- Prepare employee incentives as per internal policies and generate employee letters
- Handle any other processes related to payroll, compliance and perks
- Ensure that HR compliances internal, statutory and others are met without deviations or delays
- Ensure accuracy of financial data
- Assist payroll processing, statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, LWF) and employee benefits
