Qualifications

- At least 2 years of experience working on the ServiceNow platform
- Experience with ITSM, Employee Center & HRSD.
- Possesses a strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform, its core functionality, and best practices for maintaining the platform.
- Experienced updating content for the Employee Service Delivery portal, such as banners, widgets, and topic pages.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
