Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Supply Planning Management professional with 10–12 years of experience in Supply Planning, S&OP;, and Inventory Management. The role requires strong expertise in Demand/Supply/Inventory Planning, with hands-on experience in developing inventory strategies, optimizing stock norms and reorder points, and driving MRP and supply chain improvement initiatives.The ideal candidate should have experience working with SAP IBP/APO, Blue Yonder, Kinaxis, or similar planning tools, including collaboration with IT teams for planning process digitalization and implementation. The role will involve managing service levels, optimizing inventory, monitoring stock availability, and driving continuous improvement across the end-to-end supply chain.

Job Description:

End to End Supply Chain Planning & Inventory Management

Building S&OP;, Demand Planning, Supply Planning & Inventory Management Capabilities as per best industry practices

Very solid depth in one of the areas of Demand Planning, Supply Planning or Inventory Planning. Above average understanding of other areas of S&OP; process.

Building Inventory Strategy for BOM & Non-BOM items





Setting up Inventory Strategy Frameworks as per best industry practices

Scientific Calculation of Stock Norms & Reorder points basis multiple Supply Chain Variables

Leading MRP Projects to improve Inventory Planning process

Working in Co-ordination with IT teams to digitalize the Planning processes by utilizing ERP tools like SAP – APO/ IBP/ Blue Yonder/Kinaxis

Ensuring right Service level with optimal Stock Management

Regular Stock monitoring and ensuring stock availability

Stakeholder management by collaborating with business teams to understand the critical Supply Planning and Inventory Management Requirements

Stock Analysis & continuous Supply Chain Process improvements

Work Experience:

10-12 Years of experience in Supply Planning, S&OP; and Inventory Management

Complete Understanding of S&OP; & End to End supply planning processes

Experience in Planning tools like IBP/ APO/ Blue Yonder / Kinaxis etc

Strong Stakeholder management & Leadership skills

Strong Analytical Skills

Good Communication skills
