- Design and develop business process management (BPM) solutions using Pega PRPC.
- Develop case management applications, workflows, decisioning, and business rules.
- Configure flows, UI sections, harnesses, activities, and integrations.
- Work closely with Business Analysts and Architects to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Implement reusable Pega components and frameworks.
- Develop integrations using REST, SOAP, MQ, and external services.
- Conduct unit testing, code reviews, and defect resolution.
- Perform performance tuning, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
- Ensure compliance with Pega guardrails and development standards.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with QA teams during SIT, UAT, and production deployments.
- Provide support during production releases and post-production activities.
