Roles and Responsibilities

- Work closely with the CHRO at Hyderabad to prepare HR dashboards, MIS, reports, PPTs, and actionable people insights for leadership reviews and decision-making; report to the VP HR at Nayudupeta.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive HR dashboards and analytics covering Headcount, Manpower, Hiring, Attrition, Turnover, Diversity, Engagement, Performance, Talent, and Retention metrics.
- Collaborate with HRBPs, TA, HR Operations, Finance, Business Heads, and other stakeholders to collect, validate, analyse, and consolidate workforce data.
- Conduct workforce and people analytics to identify trends, gaps, risks, and opportunities across manpower planning, retention, productivity, talent, and employee lifecycle.
- Prepare monthly/quarterly MIS, management presentations, AOP and workforce reports, including HR budgeting, cost analysis, Talent Acquisition metrics,



and strategic HR insights.
- Drive HR reporting automation, data governance, and process digitization using Excel, Power BI, HRMS/HRIS and other analytical tools, ensuring data accuracy, confidentiality, and timely reporting.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 4-9 years of experience in HR Analytics or related field with expertise in HR Reports/HRIS/HR Reporting/People Analytics/Workforce Analytics.

- MBA/PGDM degree from a Tier- I/II Pedigree B- School in HRM/Industrial Relations or equivalent qualification preferred.

- Robust understanding of HR metrics, dashboards, reporting tools; ability to analyze complex data sets to drive business decisions.
